InPower and HealthyMKE Panel at the American Black Holocaust Museum - Reflection Forward Panel featured and highlighted ten Milwaukee individuals and their experience with: healthcare, life during the pandemic, perspective on the vaccine, and hope for the future of our community. Report Launch and Panel - Discussing “Torture in My Mind”: The Right to Mental Health for Rohingya Survivors of Genocide in Myanmar and Bangladesh,” exposing a severe and protracted mental health crisis among Rohingya survivors. Providing new quantitative evidence of the mental-health toll of genocide, human rights violations, and violence on Rohingya refugees, including extraordinarily high rates of post-traumatic stress that far exceed U.N. expected rates during emergencies.
